Castillo has presented his stories in the sand for CEOs and those in the corporate ranks of many different professions, and here he brings the sand story for Realtors Conference and Expo.
In this “Sand Story,” Castillo’s handiwork is shown to be, by turns, whimsical and inspiring as he creatively applies metaphors for real estate professionals in an unexpectedly convincing medium. The artwork progresses though time in a uniquely graphic way. Whereas many of fine art is viewed in a static form, Castillo’s work unfolds in an ever-changing series of tableaux. He is skillful in a medium that is showcased relatively infrequently, but proves completely satisfying for the viewer.
It becomes a suspenseful event as the viewer anticipates where the craftsman’s vision will lead his hands next; as Castillo tells a story that conveys both human emotions and visual impact.
The accompanying music is well-matched and changes pace in time with the images as they morph from one into the next, and the storytelling emerges before your eyes.
