This Cajun comedian was born and raised in Kaplan, Louisiana right in the heart of “Cajun Country”. Jonathan Perry is one of the most sought after Cajun Comedians in the world and is a past King of the International Cajun Joke Telling Contest™.
Jonathan Perry has been featured on television, newspapers and magazines throughout the country. Having performed his Cajun comedy from Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida to the Tan-Tar-a Resort in Osage Beach, Missouri and from Washington D.C. to Beaumont, Texas, his delivery of true and “not so” true Cajun comedy will have you gasping for air!
Jonathan Perry recently completed the filming of his long awaited live performance “YOU KNOW!” in front of a Sold Out crowd at the Grand Opera House of the South.

Growing up in Vermilion parish in south Louisiana, “the most Cajun place on earth” has given Jonathan a unique viewpoint on the wonderful and often misunderstood culture of those people known as “Cajuns”.
Jonathan is married to his high school “Princess” and is the proud father of twin daughters both destined to be nuns, a son destined to be the shortest quarterback in NFL history and new little Cajun girl.
This Cajun comedian is a practicing lawyer (or attorney if you don’t like lawyers), a former prosecutor, a former police officer and is a current member of the Louisiana State Senate
