‘My single, On The Dance Floor, is an upbeat dance song. The inspiration for it came to me after I’d been to a lot of my friend’s dance parties, which is why I have some of my best friend’s names in the song. I actually wrote the first verse while I was sitting in math class one day waiting for the bell to ring and trying to pay attention. You will hear Mike T. rapping in the song too which I think adds a good hip hop element. He totally captured the whole dance beat of the song and I love it!’

It's interesting. It's saying that no one owns land. When you think about it, it does make sense. Land is borrowed to live on and no one can claim it as their own, even if they own the property. They can own it according to papers, but nature can just as easily drive them away from that piece of land. (Hurricanes, volcanoes, tornadoes, and so on.) It is nature; no one can own nature.

It's funny… last semester my professor told me that I was doing such good work and that I just needed to play more. She said if I trust myself and let go then good things will happen. I believe it. I know that compared to most grown-ups I'm pretty fun loving and immature, but I want to love life even more!! Thanks for the comment. It made me smile.
