The Girls Night Out team will provide the Host Church with promotional materials including printed posters and invitation cards. Our website (www.gnolive.com) has downloadable bulletin inserts, PowerPoint slides, and videos. We send invitations to local churches inviting them to come share in the event. We also promote your special evening through various media outlets.
Event Planner
We will provide a liaison from the Girls Night Out team who will remain in contact with you throughout the eight weeks prior to your event.
Program Setup
On the day of the event, the Girls Night Out team arrives at the Host Church to help with setup in the foyer and stage area. We bring all necessary staging equipment and work with the sound technician from the Host Church for all equipment needs. The Girls Night Out team does rely on the Host Church sound system including video with VGA, plug in and screen, and two hand-held microphones. The team will ensure that the stage and foyer are returned to their original condition.
Food & Beverages
The Girls Night Out team will purchase a variety of refreshments for the women attending the event. This generally consists of bars, brownies, cookies, and other snacks.
