Tic Long has been Involved in youth ministry for over 30 years, he has worked with junior highers, senior highers, and college students as both a paid and volunteer youth worker. His broad experience in both church and parachurch settings, his light-hearted, engaging style, and his world-class collection of one-liners make him a memorable and effective trainer of leaders. Tic Long is president of Youth Specialties events, directs the National Youth Workers Convention and oversees all YS events. Tic Long is married to Terrie and they have three kids.
